**Assistance & warranty
| In the
event of a breakdown or malfunction occurring, contact a Teuco approved
service centre in your area. In case of necessity and upon request we
will communicate you the data of the assistance center.
Teuco offers a guarantee of ten years on the acrylic material used for tubs, and two years on whirlpool and sauna systems. More detailed information on the Teuco warranty can be found in the documentation accompanying the product (limits and exclusions are indicated in the documentation). These can all be made ready, following the indications in the technical data sheets, that we can supply after the reception of the your order. As regards the electrical power consumed by the sauna systems of shower cabins, this will vary according to the model: 5 kW, 2.9 kW and 2.3 kW Whatever the product, it is essential to verify that the capacity of the electrical system in the dwelling is equal to the maximum electrical input specified for the particular model. The parts of Teuco products moulded in methacrylate should be cleaned with a liquid or cream detergent, applied with a sponge or soft cloth, then rinsed and wiped dry with a wash leather. On no account use abrasive cleaners, alcohol or alcohol based substances, acetone and other solvents. In any event, check the label of the product to ensure that it will not damage acrylic.
