How I can know the prices?

Simply demanding the prices of items that interest in the page contact.

How do I make an order?

By e-mail or fax to the number 0039 (0)546 688266 or add them order form, compiling it all.
Attention! Pressing Send Order in the order form you will compulsorily accept our terms of sale.

The order will confirmed to the reception of the deposit with advance payment of 50% of the amount.

How do I pay?

The following forms of payment are accepted:
by Advance Bank Transfer or by Credit Card.

How does the payment work?

We will send you an e-mail accepting your order and informing you of the relative delivery times before you pay.
If you wish to purchase our products, only at this stage will we ask you for a deposit, payable by BANK TRANSFER or with CREDIT CARD, of 50% of the value of the goods that you have ordered.
The balance (50%) will only be payable when the goods are ready and can be paid by means of another BANK TRANSFER or with CREDIT CARD.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary from product to product, with a time of approximately 30 days except for different communication.

Does the price of each individual product include carriage?

No, carriage is calculated according to the weight, size and destination of the goods. You will be notified of the cost in the e-mail that we send you to confirm your order.

Who makes the deliveries?

In order to guarantee the rapid and safe delivery of your purchases, L'Arredobagno S.n.c. has selected and chosen specialized and reliable carriers. All the goods are very carefully packaged.

Where is the order delivered?

The goods are delivered to the address that you give us.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order in the case in which the products that you have purchased have not yet been dispatched. It is sufficient to send an e-mail to:info@bath-italy.com indicating your order number.

Can I purchase the products if I live abroad?

L'Arredobagno S.n.c. delivers orders to ALL ITALY, to ALL countries of the European Union and to countries of the world where there are the delivery guarantees.

What if the product that I have purchased does not live up to my expectations?

Do not worry: our customers are satisfied or refunded within 10 days.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, according to Legislative Decree n° 185 of 22 May 1999 that acknowledges Directive 97/7/CE concerning customer protection. You can exercise your right to withdraw within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

What if the product that I have purchased is damaged?

In the case in which you are sent a damaged or faulty product, L'Arredobagno S.n.c. will replace it or refund you the entire amount paid.
Carriage for replacement products is entirely at our expense.

How is my personal data used and stored?

The supplying of personal data is obligatory for the purpose of the provision of the service.
Your personal data will be used and stored for the execution of the contract by the owner of the data, which is L'Arredobagno di Caselli Giorgio & C. S.n.c.
No other processing will be performed without having obtained your express consent.
