The deliveries come carried out with departure from our warehouses to the address communicated from the customer, in Italy and all the foreign countries. The deliveries of voluminous packages happen through the Schenker Italiana S.P.A. while the deliveries of small packages are carried out with UPS Italia.

L'Arredobagno S.n.c. delivers goods in all the countries of the European Union and to countries of the world where there are the delivery guarantees.
If delivery is required to a country outside the European Union, the recipient must pay any necessary import taxes separately.
The costs for carriage is calculated on the to the weight, volume and destination of the goods. You will be notified of the cost in the e-mail that we send you to confirm your order.

Please note the following points regarding delivery:

Upon receipt, check the quantity and condition of the goods. Written notification of any defects is to be given within 8 (eight) days of the goods beeing receipt. Shipping takes place at the purchaser's risk; any complaints regarding damage during transportation, etc. are to be made in writing to the forwarding company. Returned goods will be accepted only following our prior consent.

We remember you that, as turns out from the indications of law, the conveyor, to the action of the delivery of the goods, must give the opportunity to the adressee to carry out the control of the goods (control of the number of the necks or eventual visible damage of the neck to the action of the discharge, but not the opening of the neck). In case you find an anomaly, the adressee must affix in documents of transport the wording "I receive with reserve of control". In this case the customer is must to contest to the conveyor, within 8 days from the reception, the hidden damage. A copy of the contest is advisable to send it also to the L'Arredobagno S.n.c.; that will consent us to intervene near the courier in order to speed up the definition of the practical of damage. Beyond the indicated term, therefore, demanded of substitutions for breaches or integrations of contained goods in lacking necks they will not accepted from the L'Arredobagno S.n.c. .
