L'Arredobagno di Caselli Giorgio & C. S.n.c. guarantees the high quality of the articles offered: all our products are manufactured by qualified companies.
Every single detail of each product is individually checked before of the delivery.

Deliveries

In order to guarantee the rapid and safe delivery of your purchases, L'Arredobagno S.n.c. has selected and chosen specialized and reliable carriers. All the goods are very carefully packaged and delivered to the address provided.
If you are not present when the delivery is made, the carrier will try again the following day or leave you a document with which you can make contact and agree upon a suitable delivery time.
Payment by CASH or CHEQUE is not accepted.

Payments

Before paying for the goods, we will send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been accepted, with the relative delivery time and the cost of carriage. 

If you wish to purchase our products, only at this stage will we ask you for a deposit, payable by BANK TRANSFER or by CREDIT CARD, of 50% of the value of the goods that you have ordered.
The balance (50%) will only be payable when the goods are ready and can be paid by means of another BANK TRANSFER or by CREDIT CARD before the departure of the goods. (you will have to send to us by fax of the bank's document that confirmation the maked payment) 

Satisfied or Refunded

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, according to Legislative Decree n° 185 of 22 May 1999 that acknowledges Directive 97/7/CE concerning customer protection.

You may exercise your right to withdraw within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
You must notify your intention by means of registered letter with return receipt to:

Returns, Changes and Order Cancellations

In the case in which you are sent a damaged or faulty product, L'Arredobagno di Caselli Giorgio & C. S.n.c. will replace it or refund you the entire amount paid.

Carriage for replacement products will be entirely at our expense.

Before returning/changing an article, you must send an e-mail to:info@bath-italy.com  indicating:
the order confirmation number
the code of the article to be returned/changed
the reason for the return/change
your telephone number, name and address

Remember to specify in your e-mail whether you prefer to receive a refund of the total amount paid or the replacement of the product.

You have the opportunity to cancel your order before it is dispatched by sending an e-mail to info@bath-italy.com, indicating the order number and article code. We will ensure that the order is stopped and refund any sum that you may have paid by bank transfer.
